Both my sister and I went to PA Hypnosis Center and we had slightly different results. She did the stop smoking program and it was wonderful for her. After only two sessions, she totally quit smoking- it was amazing! I did the weight loss program and it wasn't so great for me. I was hypnotized years ago in a one-on-one session and I lost 75 pounds. When I went to Dan, it was just twelve sessions of working with pre-recorded tapes. I didn't think it would be like that; I thought it would be Dan coming in to hypnotize me one-on-one. I think they could be a little more clear about the descriptions up front. My goal was to lose 150 pounds and I only ended up losing 18. I think I should have been told to try for 50 pounds and take it from there. I paid for the whole 150 and it was more expensive. However, Dan is a great guy- there is no doubt about it. We came from the same area, I went to school with his sister, and I knew his mom and dad. He was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I just didn't get quite what I expected, but my sister is doing great. I'd say to go for it, maybe it might work for you!
