Do not recommend. Paid almost $1000 for hypnosis sessions that were supposed to be personalized. Had a quick meet with vichoff who gave me the spiel he clearly gives everyone about the brain and the “amygula” (which even I knew is actually called the amygdala). You can see the same drawing of the brain on everyone’s charts. The office is outdated and cluttered with worn mismatched furniture. I drove an hour each way to wait up to 30 minutes for him to literally come in, talk about the weather, and then put on the same CD track on an early 2000s stereo that had nothing to do with my specific issue. He never once asked about my progress. He promised other kinds of interventions that were never mentioned again. He interrupted me when I asked a single question on my second or third appt, mansplaining the process to me again. Maybe this works for people with generic issues like smoking or weight loss. But I found the whole process unhelpful and it felt unnecessary to even go to the office when all I did was listen to a track which in this day and age could easily be done at home.
