After 60 years, no more
I had tried everything I could to quit drinking Coke or Pepsi. I could drink a 2 liter in 1 day. I now have Type 2 Diabetes , insulin shots daily and am overweight. So I thought, this is worth a try. I cannot believe that it worked BUT I no longer drink Coke or Pepsi or any sugary drink.
I have lost weight and am looking forward to my next A1C. I will not be embarrassed when my $@!#% asks if I am still drinking soda.
I thought everyone at PA Hypnosis would think this is crazy but they are caring and helpful.
