Kurt and Kim are amazing. I reached out to them regarding a rug that had never been cleaned in 10 years. Their service was one that I didn’t know existed here in Orlando. They gave my rug FULL SERVICE! They agitated it in their “duster” for a couple of hours to get all the dust out of it. They then shampooed it (and let me watch it on a live FB video). It was amazing to see what disgusting dirt was hidden in there. I am so thankful my rug is finally clean. The difference is night and day. Highly recommend Kurt and Kim!
