I have been using First Impressions for the last eight years now, and I have always found them to be on time, very professional, and very nice. I have never had any issues with them. The last time they were here, they cleaned all the carpet upstairs, along with the stairs, and the tile in the kitchen and all the bathrooms. They were pleasant and did an awesome job, as always.
