I used First Impressions for the very first time and what a great impression they made on me. It is a local family-owned business, the type of which I like to support. Kurt did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpet and tile. Everything looked great when he finished. He even left us some shoe booties to wear while our carpet dried. He was polite and friendly, such a pleasure to have come into my home. I only had the option to give First Impressions five stars but in reality, they deserve a ten plus of stars. He really went above and beyond for us. I will only ever use this company to clean my carpet and tile. They are awesome. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
