I have been using First Impressions ever since 2016, or maybe even 2015. I forget exactly how long, but around six or seven years. They are just one of those companies that does everything right every time and so I just keep on using them. They are always very professional and their employees have uniformly been clean and competent people. They have always done a most thorough cleaning job on my carpets and on my area rugs.
