I was very happy with the work done by First Impressions, they did a good job! This was our second time using them, and I found them to be very customer-oriented. They cover their feet with plastic booties, and they place guards around the baseboards of the house to make sure their hoses don't damage or mark anything. They're very conscientious and they do good work. The techs that came out have been very friendly and very professional. I plan to use them again the next time I need my carpets cleaned.
