We own the house where First Impressions recently cleaned the area rug and a couple of rooms and a big overstuffed chair. My daughter lives there now and she was very surprised when the service tech remembered us, and even our dog we used to have. We had used them for years and years and we recommended them to our daughter who just moved into the house. They are very nice people at First Impressions and they really care about their customers as human beings, not just a source for sales. My daughter was very happy with the work they did and she was as impressed by them as I am!
