First Impressions did a fantastic job on cleaning the carpet in my home. I definitely recommend them. My carpet looked brand new when they finished the job. I will absolutely use them again. The serviceman arrived right on time and provided excellent customer service. He was so easy to get along with, and he was very detail oriented. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. He was also very professional in his approach. I was very impressed with First Impressions, and having them clean my carpet was a great experience.
