Responsive & Friendly

I hired First Impressions to clean my grout. They offered tile and grout cleaning but I really just needed the grout cleaned. There were four cleaners in my home for about four hours. We did notice that the grout wasn't coming clean and mentioned this to the cleaners. They let us know that when the grout dried it would be clean. Sadly it was not clean, and we had to call them back. They were very responsive and came back out the next day and recleaned the entire area. I am happy with the responsiveness and the quick action taken to rectify this. On the other hand, it would have been nice to have it done right the first time.

The other issue that I had was with the quote. When the job was finished, they gave me a bill that was $100.00 more than the initial quote.

The floors turned out pretty good in the end, and I am happy with how responsive they were and I liked interacting with everyone, they were nice, friendly, and very personable. If I had one other suggestion it would be an offer to fix any grout that is missing and have that included in the initial quote.

I would hesitate to say that I would use them again without trying a different local company.
