I have been using First Impressions for almost four years now, and I like them very much! They are local, only a few miles away from where I live, and after my first experience, I haven't looked back. They are nice people who do a wonderful job, and everything they say they're going to do, they do. I have used them multiple times over the last four years, and their results are fantastic. Not only do I use them for carpets, but also for the upholstery on my lounge chair. The guy who came out to do that, which was last year, was great. he was very neat, clean, and had booties over his shoes to protect our floors. He even wore gloves, and even though this was pre-pandemic, he took every measure to ensure everything was clean when he arrived, and when he left. They have also done work for my rentals, including an area carpet done not too long ago. I got that back a few days ago and it looks fantastic!. Suffice to say, I will continue to use their services.
