I have used First Impressions about three or four times now to clean my carpets, and an area rug. They do excellent work, and they are way better than that national company I used to use. They are friendly and honest, and they do a really thorough job for me. There is no way I would ever go back to the old company, or any other for that matter. First Impressions is a great company, and I plan on sticking with them!
