I've had terrific experiences with First Impressions! I like them because we've had other carpet cleaners in the past, and I don't know if they used too much soap or what, but within about three days, the stains we wanted removed would always come back. That's not the case with First Impressions. When they clean our carpet, it stays clean until normal wear and tear sets in. Everything they did during their last outing was fine. The gentleman was professional and I have no complaints. I plan on getting signed up for yearly scheduled cleanings, so I will definitely be using them again.
