This was my second time using First Impressions. This time they came out and cleaned the carpets in the entire house. They also cleaned a chair. It all turned out really good. I'm very happy with their service, the job they did, and the overall experience in general. It was professional. It was punctual. It was very thorough, and they just did a great job. I would definitely recommend First Impressions to anybody who needs their carpets or upholstery cleaned!
