This was my first time using the services of First Impressions Carpet & Oriental Rug Cleaning and they were phenomenal. We had bought a new house which had very nasty carpeting. Then we called First Impressions. He came in, took the time to figure out what needed to be done and then got everything clean. It was just exceptional. They are very professional, efficient and competent. Their pricing is excellent. I can't say enough good things about them.
