Overall, this company has done a good job for me. I had a large oriental rug that needed cleaning and my most recent experience with them was less than positive based on the results that I was expecting. But overall, I would say that the staff is still good and quite reliable based on my previous experiences with the company. I have recommended them to future customers already because I know the work that they can provide is great. Although my last experience with them was a bit disappointing, I still think that they are a good company.
