It is so easy to schedule with them, and they come out promptly. I have elderly dogs who are very dirty, so the carpets get filthy. First Impressions gets all that deep down hair and dirt out of the carpets, leaving them looking and smelling beautiful. The employees are nice and conscientious with their work. Aaron is the one who comes out to do the cleaning and we really like him. They come out twice a year now to clean the carpets. My mother has started using them to clean her oriental rugs.
