Horrible experience! The car was dropped off at the wrong location and was not notified until they had to process my card multiple times. The tow truck had to go back and pick up the car from a random location. On top of that they lectured on what kind of tow truck I should have asked for. In what world would one know that? After speaking to a rude supervisor who would not refund the cost for the town and the mistake they made. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST They threaten to keep your property if you contact the bank about fraud. If I could go into negative stars for the review I would. DO NOT use them as they are rude, and discriminate against gay individuals.
