Being a computer tech myself, I dont quite see the reasoning for their high rates. The work is typically good from my experience as well as friends, but the cost is sometimes not worth it and I end up just taking the time to do it myself. For those who dont know anything about fixing thier computer, I would say go for it. The price isnt outrageous just a little inflated in my opinion.
