I had a roach problem in my house at one point when I first moved in three months ago. I called Bug Lady because I figured they'd be able to fix up the problem all while not using harmful chemicals. The lady I spoke to was very nice but that's about as far as their service went. Someone came out to spray my house for roaches and everything seemed well. A week later I still had almost the exact same number of roaches crawling around. Bug Lady did not eliminate my roach problem! I do not recommend this company.
