Overall my experience in working with Floor Coverings International of East Cleveland has been fantastic. They have really good products, honest sales people, no hidden costs and upfront deals that give people incentive to use their service. Everyone I worked with over the phone and in person was courteous and professional and went above and beyond to meet my needs and desires. They even brought samples to help make me feel even more re-assured about the quality of their product. I am extremely satisfied with the work they have done and highly recommend their services to anybody else in need of carpet restoration or replacement. These guys do wonders and I can't say enough about them.
