We have brought our medium haired cat in to be groomed on 2 occasions so far and are very happy with the service we have received. Staff are all very friendly and helpful and the woman who grooms our cat is excellent! She provides good feedback about her experience with him and works with our cat in a way that will build his trust and comfort over time.
