Walked in with a my friends two pooches, miniature pincer and Chihuahua. Their collars that they previously had weren't working for them, the sales girls (don't remember name) was very friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. We wanted a small harness that would fit around their body instead of their neck. The salesperson found us two perfect sizes and the pooches loved their experience too.
