SELECTION: We recently moved one of our credit union offices and interviewed several vendors/providers by area of need. One of the Mission Critical areas meant contracting with a moving company that could demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our need and develop a plan to get us moved on our time line, without failure or excuses. NATHAN HOWELL took the time to put together a plan to accomplish what was needed in a manner exactly like we needed! After all was said and done, IFCU selected AFFILIATED MOVERS.

PLANNING & BID: included a 'Not to Exceed' price which told me two things: 1. I could rest assured that the agreed upon rate would not be exceeded, and 2. That Nathan had supreme confidence in his crew and their ability to perform. Nathan also included himself on move day for two hours to make sure his team was briefed and had a clear plan for our move.

PRE-MOVE: preparation included 55 moving bins and labels provided five days in advance of our anticipated move date. Additionally, rollers were provided to help us move the bins around as we prepared. This was very helpful and promised to make the move go much smoother.

MOVE DAY: Affiliated Movers was set to arrive 'between 8am and 9am' on our Saturday move day. Nathan and his 4-man team arrived promptly at 8am! Nathan took the time to do a 'walk-through' with me followed by conducting a similar 'walk-through' with his team. The 4-man move team consisted of BILL, THOMAS, CASI and CHECCO. Not to put too fine of point on things, these men were supremely efficient and made difficult things look easy! So much so, their performance completed the job 30% faster than anticipated!!!

PAYMENT: Four days after the move, I was contacted via e-mail by NATHAN with a revised invoice that reflected the reduced 'time on the ground' that saved us a significant amount of money!

SUMMARY: At the end of the day? These representatives of AFFILIATED MOVERS held themselves out as consummate professionals and performed at the highest level with better-than-competitive prices!
