Their driver wasn't allowed access to base, the catalyst of our nightmare to come. They had to get a shuttle truck to get everything to their warehouse. Truck showed up without pads which led to most of our furniture being damaged. The 2nd truck caused a 2 hr delay in our day. After finally getting everything out of our house before final inspection...we thought we were lucky...that was not the case! The issues only worsened. They were supposed to get everything loaded into the single semi trailer so that everything could be delivered to VA. Some how during the final load of our belongings, they lost 22 boxes. They damaged over 80% of our furniture do to lack of proper packing and use of pads. The truck was delayed by a week. The office seemed quite indifferent to our predicament, even callous at times. Long story made short we have a damage claim worth about $51K between lost/stolen and damaged property. I urged all to avoid this company at all cost. They say they're veteran owned but this veteran was screwed royally! I want my 22 boxes that they stole back! Seriously how does one lose so many boxes, it's been over a month and still no resolution has been made. Truly the worse experience of my life. Even the moving company here in VA didn't want to unpack the truck as they knew the nightmare that laid ahead of them!
