The whole staff at Hampton Roads Moving & Storage were wonderful. We weren't there when they packed up the house, but, we were there when they unloaded our stuff that had been stored for a while. They did a really nice job unloading. We only found one little scratch on a piece of furniture, nothing to get upset over. We are still unpacking and have gone through about half our boxes and so far everything is okay. My biggest issue was with the poor labeling of the boxes. They had mixed things up and mislabeled quite a few of the boxes, which makes it kind of tough to put them in the right room to unpack. Also, I was really surprised at the amount of paper they used in the boxes. Normally, to pack a box you would bunch up the paper, but, it looked as though they just threw a bunch of sheets in the boxes. It seems like a lot of paper wasted that didn't need to be. Although, the boxes were packed pretty tight. The guys were super helpful and they couldn't have been more nice. They even offered to put things together for us. I think if we had been there when they packed up the house things might have went smoother.
