Your people did an excellent job especially since it was just before Christmas. One small glitch,when the driver chose not to stop in Alexandria going north and waited to stop on his way back a call to either me or my daughter alerting us to the change would have saved her from waiting and worrying all day.
As always your company did a superb job especially with our very old piano.
