Avoid at all costs. Maybe they value their military moves less than standard contracts, but this company is awful. It's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone with any sort of information. They will note false damages on your inventory sheets just in case they do happen to break something. The claims process was a nightmare. They won't acknowledge that their driver did anything wrong (hi Tom). I have proof that they fraudulently itemize damages that do not exist. I have several pieces of furniture that came through okay, even though the inventory says they are extensively damaged. After jumping off a call with them swearing up and down that my belongings were in transit and hopefully arriving soon, I immediately get a call from the truck driver that they are outside my leasing office because they don't have my address. Most of my furniture was lost or broken beyond repair. They tried to bring me boxes and furniture that were not mine and then admitted that they had no idea who it belonged to. Many boxes were broken, I was missing pieces of furniture. Overall, they don't care to do a good job. I hope they don't receive any more military contracts. This company is unethical, dishonest and a total pain to deal with. Moving is painful enough, don't let this company make it any worse than it needs to be.
