Arpin received a military contract to pick up my house hold goods from West Point, NY on 24 June 2015. After waiting till noon with no one showing up I called only to be informed that no driver was ever assigned. I spoke to Carol who was working the issues but left home at the end of the work day with no follow up or movement. I called Mike Florence twice, left a message and no response. I called Brian Asey three times, left two messages, no response. It is 5:00pm with no returned calls, explanation nor do I know when and if my house hold goods will be picked up. I was supposed to depart the area today and no am incuring additional financial burdens that are at the fault of Arpin. This is also causing additional issues as I am unable to meet housing inspections, financial appointments and final transition appointments that have been scheduled for three weeks. These agencies are now booked and it is unknown if they can fit me in, causing further delay to my timeline, again at the fault of Arpin. I need answers ASAP and it is very unprossional that I am the one that has to call as I have not received a single phone call during this entire time. Hopefully someone will call me at 915-490-0529. I doubt my household goods will be picked up on 25 June, already a day after the contracted time.
