We requested the test as per requirement by the City & Health Department. Teryl was the contact person who we requested the test to be scheduled. On the day of the appointment, she contacted us saying the service rep was suddenly not available. Then we get no confirmation that said test was conducted and that we had to contact her to make certain the test was submitted. I was not confident w/ her answers to emailed the inspectors directly and they told me that they contacted Pioneer Plumbing to resubmit the test as it was a minor error to it. That was November 2023. We then received a new letter dated Jan 15/24 from the City saying they will terminate the water if we do not submit the test immediately. I will be contacting Teryl tomorrow to find out what is going on. I emailed their boss Curtis yet no response. This company has been unprofessional. We had a relocation for grease trap done almost 5 years ago. We had a similar situation when the technician said they cannot come in the scheduled day because, '(he) had a dental appointment the same day'. Unbelievable. Do not use this company. So disappointed after using them over 7 years.
