We called Steam Pro when we had some area carpets and couches that needed to be cleaned. We originally thought we'd do it all at once, but they ended up having to take the carpet.

In the past when we had a carpet taken away to be cleaned by another company, they didn't return it for weeks. Steam Pro had our carpet back to us in a week. We ended up not having them do the furniture at that time, but we had them come back to do it, which wasn't a problem for them.

They have good service, and I could tell they used good quality ingredients on my carpets, which are a very particular material. If you have area rugs just be prepared that they might take them, They're very helpful!
