Dr. B has been our family vet for a number of years. He is great for guiding you when making decisions and won't oversell you. Instead, he helps me understand the pros and cons of medicine/treatment versus waiting it out. And he and his staff have always been there when I was making the really tough decisions and after the fact. I would not go anywhere else!
