Justin Klaus and Nathan Gillis came out to find a leak in our house. It was a difficult leak to locate, but after searching the entire house, they were able to determine the leak was somewhere in our master bath. We were amazed that Justin Klaus managed to pinpoint the EXACT spot in the tile where the copper pipe was leaking! We just knew he would have to take out most of the tiles, but believe it or not, he only had to take out ONE tile. The leak was exactly in that spot. Justin's expertise and attention to detail was just excellent. Also, his partner,Nathan Gillis, was exceptionally helpful to Justin. They worked together so well, that they complemented each other in the entire job. They were so professional prompt, and polite. We especially were appreciative that they explained every step of the way, and what was entailed in each situation. We have always used Holloway Plumbing, and would never use anyone else!
