Had a scheduled appointment for june 1st understand it’s a busy day scheduled for 8am didn’t receive a call had to call didn’t get a call back til an hour later. told us they are coming soon, they didn’t come til 1:20 in the afternoon my wife waited all morning basically for this service communication wasn’t good at all. Tried to call Chris about this service basically told me i had to deal with it and was very rude to my mother in law and me also. Was our first time using this company and never again very unprofessional and rude
