My move was scheduled for noon in August. I was told they might be a bit late. They arrived at 9:30 PM. To the movers credit, they did a great job, were personable, efficient, and thoughtful. We arrived after quiet hours at my new place and they got everything in almost silently and nothing was damaged. BUT they were nearly 10 hours late because the company was short staffed. They'd been on jobs for over 14 hours and hadn't been able to get food. And management was practically impossible to get in touch with. A frustrating experience even though the actual move went so smoothly
