Never again

They show up, they back up into our tree and try to open there doors. We had to tell them to move. (Pretty sure he was hung-over)One was pretty rude. They sent 3 people instead of 2 (as shown on the estimate) they were done 2 hrs. Less than the time estimated. But then they tried to charge us almost $300.00 more than the estimate. Later we found a lot of damage, they came out and took pictures and we never heard from them again.

I am sorry you were not satisfied with your move. We try to go above and beyond for all of our customers and it looks like we failed to do so with you. I know we sent 3 movers instead of 2 and the bill ended up being $70 more than the good faith estimate I gave you over the phone. I did remove $70 from your bill to compensate for the estimate and $50 for any damages. Again, I am sorry you were not satisfied with our service, but I hope you give us another chance in the future!
