I had Tommy Hall, Operations Manager, give me an estimate to repair my roof. He showed up promptly at the appointment time with mask and social distancing during these Covid 19 times. He came inside so I could show him where the watermark was on my 2nd floor ceiling and then he proceeded to climb onto my roof. He quickly identified the area and said that with caulking and re-nailing he could fix my problem. He quickly finished the job for under $100. We have had several deluges since the repair and the ceiling has been "dry as a bone."
BY THE WAY, ANOTHER ROOFER SAID THAT I WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE THE RIDGE VENT AT A COST OF $2250.
