Jason responded to my request for service through Home Advisor the same day I made the request (Sunday) and scheduled an appointment for the following Wednesday. He followed up the call with a confirmation text. On that Wednesday, he called to say he could come earlier, which was great. Once he got here, it took a short amount of time to diagnose the problem and recommend a simple solution. Another contractor had recommended a much more invasive (and costly) solution. We agreed to the solution. He was able to complete the work within a short while. Couldn't have gone better. Fast, reliable, and save me some money.
