I’m deeply disappointed with my experience at your clinic over the holiday weekend. I called ahead and was assured by the receptionist that if I brought my pet in at 10:00 AM, there would be no wait, and they would immediately get him into a room to be youth ionized . However, when I arrived, the lobby was full, and I was once again asked to provide my information by a different receptionist, who seemed frustrated with technical issues on the computer.
After waiting for twenty minutes, I was told that they could no longer see my pet, and I would have to wait 6 to 4 hours for an appointment. This is not only unprofessional, but it shows a lack of basic compassion, especially given that my pet was in obvious pain. The entire experience was frustrating, and it felt like the clinic did not value my pet’s well-being.
I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending your clinic to others in the dog racing community. It’s unfortunate, as I had hoped for better care and service.
