I have hired chauffeur drivers for years due to my line of work. I often travel and accommodate clients with various limo services. I stumbled upon Metro Livery while in Nashville on business and I must say that this was the best stumble I’ve ever taken. The first time I hired them, it was under emergency circumstances. I needed a driver ASAP to take me to the airport to catch an important flight. The administrative staff was very professional and understanding of my situation. They immediately booked my driver and sent him over. My driver (who was totally awesome), welcomed me as one would the Queen of England. I noticed, with delight, that the limo was very clean and modern. My driver drove me safely and within a timely manner to the airport and he even graciously handled my bags with the utmost care. He did not “dry beg” for a tip, but was very accommodating to all of my needs and polite. On my second trip to Nashville I booked a stretch limo for a group of clients and decided to use Metro Livery again. I never knew that customer service could be so outstanding! From beginning to the end, Metro provided services, professionalism, and accommodations that are a vast cut above the rest. I won over the clients for a big account and Metro has won over a customer for life. With the friendliness of the staff, new, clean cars, and THE best drivers around, I feel like royalty every time I use them! Kudos to the staff and drivers for their fantastic service and I would recommend their services to anyone that wants the “wow” effect of chauffeured driving.
