Being an older woman who travels quite a bit I greatly appreciate knowing no matter what - weather delays etc my car is always waiting for me at BNA- recently experienced a 4 hour delay of arrival time and although informed them of the impending delay they already knew it thru the flight tracker and said do not worry.
