I picked up my dog a day early. They clearly were not prepared. They brought out Cooper and he reeked of urine. They brought out a garbage bag with his bed pad, blanket and toys all soaked in urine. The staff said they were not expecting me until the next day and did not get a chance to wash his stuff. Believe me when I say it was soaked in urine and smelled awful is an understatement which leaves me with the thought that Cooper has been laying in his urine all week. Then there is the thing about the shot for some parasites which cost me an additional $27. Beware if you plan to leave your pet at this place
