We used to use them many, many times years ago before we moved to Tennessee. We come to Michigan 1-2 times a year to see family and friend and have used them then. Compared to other kennels, animal activity's prices have always been much higher. We have accepted that, but this time, we were quoted one price but was billed much higher when we picked up our fur baby. Plus, we were required for a parasite test on her that had not been required in any of our travels from Michigan to the Carolina's . AND we boardered her about a year and a half ago here and had no issue. I think it was a manager that was in on the conversation and she didn't seem to want to credit my credit card, (too much trouble??). We have in the past highly recommended them, but not anymore. At least without caution on charges.
