The staff, the immature mental patients, little girls, who eat cheeseburgers at the desk while people are standing around, are the most pathetic of all creatures! They hang up on you. They purposely leave you on hold hoping you’ll hang up. Well on this faithful day I was only a mile away from the office when I called to get my pets test results.... she said: can you hold, I have a waiting room full of people. Sure, I’ll hold. Fifteen minutes later, i walk in, phone in hand, still on hold. Not a single soul in the waiting room. I find her on her phone. She looks up and nearly faints when she saw me standing there. She played stupid with me... can I help you, she says. Why yes, of course... you got me on hold. Huh, what, I didn’t know, I don’t remember you calling. Pick up the phone in front of you and say hello... my phone is on speaker. HELLO, she heard herself say on my phone. Right then and there she nearly passed out! By this time Dr Gil walks up, and green haired girl says, she is here for her pets test result. Imagine that, she knew exactly why I called in the first place. The fat brunette in back,,, yes, lil piggy, I could read your facial expression to the blonde twig, who thinks she’s a nurse. You people are pathetic. Dr Gil, you suck! Dr. Sighn, open your own practice and get away from these miserable bees!
