I took my Dog to his appointment today for an allergy shot and to be checked out for an ear infection. The doctor was more concerned with giving me a mask, muzzle and a 1000.00 bill than caring for my dog. She spoke of getting my dog neutered. When I told her that we were thinking of having puppies she said that she wouldn’t mate him with anyone’s dog. And that he has issues. She walked in and said put a muzzle on him because he is barking. Brought a high bill after I told her that I was on a budget. Told me that they called luv n care where I use to take him and they said they had no records. She has an very arrogant personality. The women that work in the office are sweethearts but I won’t be going back. I’m sure that this is what she wanted anyway. She gave me a referral to an dermatologist for his allergies but that’s really all the help I got. I asked for the medication for his ear and she never came back in the room. She bashed luv n care by saying that they were illegal and that they were doing everything wrong. She also said said that I needed to pay a sedation price because my dog was barking. No animal clinic has ever had to sedate my dog to check his ears out. He was perfectly fine with the women in the front. Guess he caught the same vibe that I did smh. This is truly sad because a good friend of ours recommended them. Angel Animal Clinic is only concerned about money. Not caring for your pet. Either that or she must pick and choose who to be professional with. Not my problem, they have professionalism classes for that.
