Terrible wait times even with set appointments
Multiple times we have had an appointment, only to have to wait up to an hour past the appt time to actually be taken care of. And each time it happens, the staff does not even address it as if it is an issue. Apparently it is just how they run their business. Three strikes you are out....we will never go back there.
