Elements Therapeutic Massage - Phoenix Paradise Valley was so great. The therapist, I think his name is Christopher, was really good at explaining the why as to what he was doing. He explained why things hurt me and gave suggestions to what to do to help me. It was also a personal consultation and not just a message. I am a trainer and I take this seriously. I really liked them.
