I have used Builder's HVAC about 4 times and is generally excellent.
Only improvement would be to leave an exact total and full details on customer's job ticket.
Other would be to store a record of past service with a repeat customer and review yearly. I rely on Erik for this but generally it would help customer retention and satisfaction.
