This was my first time doing business with Turner Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, they came highly recommended to me by a co-worker of mine. We have multiple pets and they spend a lot of their indoor time in our carpeted basement so it tends to get a little messy and smelly after a while. We gave Turner a call to see what they could do, they provided us with a detailed explanation of their cleaning process and we set up a time for them to come by and do the work. They were able to get pretty much all the odor out and the carpet looks so much better than before. I would happily use them again in the future if needed and would highly recommend them.
